At Tile Country, we make sure your order arrives safely, whether it’s a full pallet of tiles or a single basin mixer. Below you’ll find details for tiles, Porcelanosa, taps, bathware, and samples.

📦 Tile Orders

Why delivery matters
Tile orders are heavy — most boxes weigh over 30kg, and a full order can easily exceed a ton. Delivery ensures your tiles arrive safely and without the stress of lifting or transporting them yourself.

How tiles are delivered

  • Your order is packed securely on pallets, wrapped for protection.

  • Delivered kerbside via palletised freight.

  • A truck with a forklift unloads the pallet to the kerb or driveway — drivers cannot carry boxes inside.

Preparing for delivery

  • Each pallet requires at least 1.2m × 1.2m of flat, solid ground.

  • Clear access is essential — allow 2.5m wide × 2.5m high clearance for the truck and forklift.

  • If access is restricted (steep slopes, laneways, fresh concrete, etc.), the delivery will be redirected to the nearest freight depot (usually within 5–15 minutes of your address) for collection.

Delivery costs

  • VIC, NSW, QLD → $180 flat freight

  • SA, WA, NT, ACT → $550 flat freight (delivered to nearest depot for collection)

Delivery times

  • For in-stock items, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days (metro) and a little longer for regional areas.

  • You’ll be notified ahead of time and receive tracking updates by email.

On-site requirements

  • Someone must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.

  • Drivers will only unload pallets, not individual boxes.

Shipping to Remote Areas

Tile Country offers flat-rate delivery to most metro and regional locations within VIC, NSW, and QLD.

Please note that some remote or rural postcodes may fall outside our standard freight zones. In these cases, additional freight charges may apply. If this occurs, we’ll contact you before dispatch to confirm the updated delivery cost or to offer alternative options such as collection from a freight depot or a full refund.

🏛️ Porcelanosa Tile Orders

Porcelanosa products are shipped with tailored freight rules due to their specialist handling and premium packaging.

Delivery costs

  • NSW → $180 flat freight (kerbside delivery, truck access required)

  • VIC & QLD → $300 flat freight (depot collection only — we’ll confirm the nearest depot for pickup)

  • SA, WA, NT, TAS, ACT → $550 flat freight (depot collection only)

Important notes

  • For NSW, clear truck access is required — if not available, orders will be redirected to the nearest depot.

  • For VIC, QLD, and all other states, Porcelanosa orders are shipped to the nearest freight depot for customer collection. Our team will contact you with pickup instructions once your order is ready.

  • Standard delivery (3–7 business days): $20

  • Shipped by courier direct to your door.

🚿 Taps & Bathware Orders

  • Flat rate shipping: $15 per order

  • Dispatched directly from our Melbourne warehouse.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via trusted national carriers.

  • Delivery time: 2–8 business days, depending on your location.

  • You’ll receive full tracking details once dispatched.

📋 After Delivery

  • All orders are checked prior to dispatch.

  • Tile orders are documented with photos at the point of delivery.

  • Please inspect your goods on arrival and before installation.
