Product availability is subject to change, and we do not guarantee that all items displayed on our website are in stock.

5. Returns & Refunds

At Tile Country, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and the accuracy of our service. Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selections.

We will only offer an exchange or replacement of goods in the following circumstances:

The product received does not match what was ordered in terms of color, shape, or size; and you notify us by email (info@tilecountry.com.au) or through our website within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Please note: Tile batch variation is a natural characteristic of tile manufacturing and is not grounds for exchange. Slight variations in tone, texture, or finish may occur between batches and are not considered a defect. It is the responsibility of the tiler under management of the builder and/or property owner to check tiles before laying them. Tiles are quoted in their nominal (approximate) size only. As an industry standard their actual size can vary by +/- 2 mm. We can’t guarantee a wall tile and a floor tile will line up perfectly despite both tiles showing a nominal size, e.g. ‘300x600’.

To be eligible for an exchange, goods must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and freight costs, which may be incurred by the customer.

We recommend checking your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us promptly at info@tilecountry.com.au.
6. Limitation of Liability

Tile Country is not responsible for installation issues, improper use of tiles, or damage caused by external factors.

We do our best to ensure that all products displayed on our website are available to order. However, as we work with multiple suppliers and stock levels can change without notice, availability is not guaranteed at the time of purchase.
If a product you order is found to be out of stock, we will contact you promptly to offer:

Tile Country will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by an item being unavailable after purchase.
11. Shipping to Remote Areas
Tile Country offers flat-rate delivery to most metro and regional locations within VIC, NSW, and QLD.
Please note that some remote or rural postcodes may fall outside our standard freight zones. In these cases, additional freight charges may apply. If this occurs, we’ll contact you before dispatch to confirm the updated delivery cost or to offer alternative options such as collection from a freight depot or a full refund.
